Questions about partners

On a Coached plan you pay mDOS for the platform (£495 a month) and pay your coach separately for coaching. With an agency, the agency sets its own price: some include the platform in their fee, others ask you to subscribe to mDOS directly. Your partner will tell you before you sign.

No. Each certified partner is an independent business with its own contract with you. mDOS provides the platform and the support for how the system works, bugs, and your account and billing.

Yes. Every new customer gets a free 60-minute onboarding call, plus a 30-minute check-in after the first month. If you came to us through a partner or coach, they may run those calls with you instead.

Yes. Your mDOS subscription doesn’t depend on your coach. You can keep using mDOS on your own, or choose another certified coach or partner.
