What Applications replaces

Hiring that lives with your customer records, not in a separate tool.

Separate hiring software

A recruitment tool paid for on its own, with applicants nowhere near the rest of your records. Here every applicant is one customer record.

Inbox and spreadsheets

CVs in an inbox and a spreadsheet of who’s where. Your board shows every applicant’s stage, and the portal asks for what’s missing.

Forms and file links

A form for applying, another for documents and links to chase. One process collects answers, files and interview bookings.

YOUR AI TEAM, FOR HIRING (BETA)

AI suggests, your team decides

A person makes every decision. The AI never sees names, contact details or personal characteristics such as age, sex or race.

A summary and fit score

Each applicant gets a short summary and a fit score with its reasons, so you can read the case quickly.

A next step and a reply

A suggested next step and a draft reply, ready for your team to change, approve or ignore.

Shortlists and chasers

AI tasks that suggest a shortlist and chase unfinished applications. They produce suggestions only.

Set up by real people, supported by AI. An mDOS Expert Partner builds your first process with you and is a call away when you open your next round of jobs.

Stap over op uw eigen tempo

Start with one job, or one membership or supplier process, and keep your current tools for the rest until you’re ready. Applications is switched on company by company, and we set up your first process with you.

Hoe overstappen werkt

Drie dingen die niemand anders samenbrengt

Hiring is more than a job page. mDOS gives you the hiring tools, AI agents that suggest while your team decides, and partner experts to set it up. Applications is in Beta.

Ondersteuning door een echt marketingteam

mDOS is built and operated by MDOS AI LTD. When you message or phone us, real Marketing Experts answer, on every plan, led by our Founding Partner Agency, Mr Digital. Here are five ways we help you get results.

Chat with our marketing experts

Message us from any screen in mDOS. The people who answer are marketers from our partner agencies, not a call centre.

Live chat on every plan, from the Chat button on every page, and you can phone us when you need to
Answered by marketing experts from our partner agencies, the same people who run marketing for clients
Ask about the software or your marketing: setup, campaigns and results
