You choose the reward for each side, and it’s issued as a voucher they can spend with you. Nothing is issued until the friend’s visit is complete.
No. Any customer can refer a friend, including one-off visitors.
The friend has to complete a visit and meet your minimum spend first. We also check that people aren’t referring themselves under another email address or phone number.
Everyone is asked how their visit went. Customers who had a good time are offered a referral link, and anyone unhappy is passed to your team to put it right instead.
Each partner gets their own portal with their balance, earnings by month, how many customers they referred, and their links and QR codes.
