Yes. Jobs can sit on your mDOS website, in a widget pasted into any other website, or on a WordPress site through the mDOS Connect shortcode.
No. The AI suggests a summary, a fit score with reasons and a next step. A person makes every decision.
Equal-opportunities questions are optional and never linked to the person, the talent-pool box starts unticked, and unsuccessful applicants are anonymised after 6 months by default.
We store them privately, show them only to managers you allow and log every view. The checks themselves stay with your team.
